Invite-A-Friend Program
Coffee & Tea to Go Go, has created a referral/affiliate service to inform, educate and bring awareness to our site to be known as the, “Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program.” This is a member-based referral initiative, where Coffee & Tea to Go Go enthusiastically looks towards its members to enrich its community and rewards them for their outstanding achievements in bringing greater awareness to the site, its products and charities it represents. It’s a fair system that rewards our members and we realize that there is “Strength in Numbers” and if there were a monetary system and a reason to incentivize everyone to earn 5% on referral members purchases, wouldn’t it stand to benefit charities as a whole!
Membership, Original Member, Coffee & Tea to Go Go and Invite-A-Friend:
To become a member of the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program, one must make a purchase of a product on coffeeandteatogogo.com themselves and then is automatically enrolled upon registration in the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program. From there, You – as an Original Member can go to the Invite-A-Friend Area within your Account Section and simply by marketing and inviting other people to coffeeandteatogogo.com; and with these referred members purchases in Coffee & Tea to Go Go, the Referring Member (You) will receive five percent (5%) in earnings from each referred members purchases, to be known as, “Invite-A-Friend Dollars.” There is no limit on how many members you can refer and you will continue to earn Invite-A-Friend Dollars for all purchases made by them. With these Invite-A-Friend Dollars once a minimum of $25 is earned a member may cash out and Coming Soon – You’ll also be able to use them to make additional purchases and/or contribute more towards your favorite charities as well. As such, there will be synergy throughout the site, its members and charities. Coffee & Tea to Go Go, is a community of Giving, where You truly can make a difference! Coffee & Tea to Go Go works as a Social Enterprise and purpose-driven brand; by working together for the greater good of everyone, where everybody wins! Inviting Members:
Referrals will be easy to obtain by marketing and sending out invitation emails to prospective members – family, friends, acquaintances and/or anyone else through email templates or your Referral URL provided by the site. Then that prospective member can use it to enter the site coffeeandteatogogo.com. Through any of these methods which you’ll find in the Invite-A-Friend Area within your Account Section you can use to obtain members and they will be tracked when entering the site and you as the Referring Member will receive credit – 5% of their purchase $Amount.
There are only Two Requirements to be a Member of the Invite-A-Friend Program (IAFP):
1) A Member cannot falsely re-create oneself; in other words, there can only be one individual name, email address and password with a matching members Username. 2) A member’s referrals must make purchases on coffeeandteatogogo.com for each Referring Member to receive earnings/Invite-A-Friend Dollars.
Account Section, Affiliate Area and Earnings/Invite-A-Friend Dollars:
There is an area within each member’s Account Section called the Invite-A-Friend Area, where all members will be able to keep track of all of their referred members to be known as, “Chain of Invited Members” and earnings/Invite-A-Friend Dollars received from each of their referred members.

Contact Information and Confidentiality:
It’s only natural as a community within Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program, your own Referred members may gain access to your contact information as the Referring Member being that you have established a direct relationship with these Invited members. Therefore, it’s also recommended that you as the Referring Member, know as much as possible when it comes to contact information for your Chain of Invited members. The Site is only responsible for supplying your contact information – Name, Username and the corresponding dollar amount that will be credited with each purchase from your Referred members. While these dollar amounts will be disclosed and products that your referred members purchased as a cross reference, the charities that they donated to will remain confidential to each member.
If you use our invitation service email templates, by informing a friend about our site, you will be asked for your friend’s name. Coffee & Tea to Go Go will automatically provide your friend’s name in the template that you can copy and send onto your friend via email and invite them to visit the site, but Coffee & Tea to Go Go does not store this information and it is for the sole purpose of providing a template as an “ease of use” for members to copy and send to their friends.

Invited Friends:
Taking the number of members the Original Member obtained and multiplying it by the average purchase amount, then taking 5% of that number for your monthly earnings then multiplying it by 12 months.
*Note: Personal results will vary, depending upon the number of members you obtain, the Purchase Price and the Average Monthly Purchases per member from month-to-month.
Invite-A-Friend eCertificates:
There is a way to gift a good friends and obtain referrals (providing that member is not already a member of Coffee & Tea to Go Go) through purchasing a Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend eCertificate in $5, $10, $15 and $20 denomination amounts. Once purchased, just give a friend the eCertificate Code and/or you may also use the email templates provided by the site. Once in the Email Templates Section, a member can simply use the eCertificate radio button and the eCertificate Code will appear in the email to copy and send out to friends. This eCertificate will be tracked through this eCertificate Code and when that friend enters the site, they will be informed about the site and be able to make a purchase on Coffee & Tea to Go Go. Once at checkout a prospective member will be able to insert the eCertificate Code for a discount of the amount of the eCertificate. As the Referring Member you will get credit through the eCertificate Code that was tracked and thus add that member onto your Chain of Invited Members. The new member in turn can do the same with their friends and their new members will be tracked, logged, credited and thus the cycle continues.
*Note:All Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend eCertificates, once purchased can be tracked, but only one New Member can actually use the eCertificate by making a purchase on Coffee & Tea to Go Go. So, it’s on a First Used basis only and then that New Member that uses it will be credited to the Referring Member and they will be eligible for all future earnings with this Referred Member’s ongoing purchases on Coffee & Tea to Go.
Monies Earned, Distribution, Statements and Withdrawal:
As mentioned, by participating in the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program and your referred members’ purchases on Coffee & Tea to Go Go, Referring members will earn money based on 5% of your referred friends’ purchases. These money/earnings will be denoted as “Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars” and it’s entirely up to you as a member what you want to do with them. For Instance, you may choose to:
1) Take some or all of these earnings and redeem them by direct deposit to your bank account.
Coming Soon:
2) Take some or all of these earnings and donate to your favorite charities.
3) Take some or all of these earnings and make additional purchases on Coffee & Tea to Go Go.
4) Take some or all of these earnings and purchase a Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-a-Friend eCertificate to send to a friend as a gift that may use it to make their own purchases on Coffee & Tea to Go Go.
Additionally, a member can see in their Referrals Section of their Invite-A-Friend Area each transaction that their Chain of Invited Members made and their corresponding Earnings/Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars that they received from each.
If a member wishes to withdraw their Earnings/Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars, they may do so by transferring these funds by direct deposit to their bank account. There are bank charges and transaction fees that are incurred with the sending of money and as such a member must accumulate at least $25 for withdrawal and each member as a recipient will account for this with a nominal $1.25 fixed fee each time they withdraw their Earnings/Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars.
Marketing from another Website to the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program:
If a member has their own website and would like to invite members from their site to Coffee & Tea to Go Go, they can post links and/or ads on their site by embedding the same Referral URL found in their Account section.
Performance Rewards:
It is the hope of Coffee & Tea to Go Go to keep everyone working towards Coffee & Tea to Go Go community. Since this is a community, the system will be fair as each member achieves a greater synergy amongst the community, they will be incentivized to invite more members, earn more and give back even larger contributions towards their desired favorite charities then initially anticipated.
Taxes:
Your relationship with Coffee & Tea to Go Go, LLC. is one as an independent contractor. Therefore, all taxes will be the sole responsibility of each member. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of our Services and you are fully responsible for filing local, state, federal or any other taxes if applicable on any compensation received as a result of your participation in the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program. When your annual earnings exceed $500.00 (five-hundred-dollars US Dollars) from that point further you must request and obtain a W9 Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN) Form complete with your full name, home and email address, Member ID and SSN, sign and send it with the information contained in the instructions on the form via email to customersupport@coffeeandteatogogo.com. Once members W9 TIN Form is received and on file, a confirmation email will be sent to each member and all future earnings will be honored and continued to be paid via direct deposit to a member’s bank account.
Donations:
All donations to our charities are being made by 10% of the $Amount of each purchase on the site through Coffee & Tea to Go Go, LLC, which will distribute 100% of the donation amount to the charities that a member indicated. Members will not be paying anything extra!
