Yes, it is! BPA stands for bisphenol A, an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1950s. Coffee & Tea to Go Go Products do not contain any BPA.
Do I need to be cautious after use?
Of course, you should be! If you’re brewing your coffee or tea with hot water, then wait a few minutes for it to cool before handling it.

Of course, you should be! Your single-serve brewing machine has hot water that comes through it to brew your coffee or Tea. Therefore, you shouldn’t grab the filter immediately after use, wait for it to cool before removing it from your machine.

Coffee & Tea to Go Go is free to join and is offered to all individual persons worldwide who at the time of registration have reached the age of majority of the jurisdiction in which they reside. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors (persons who are considered under the age and minors in the place where you reside).
How do I get an account on Coffee & Tea to Go Go?
Once you make your first purchase you will be automatically registered and assigned an account based on the information that you provide at checkout. You will receive an Order Confirmation email, also containing a username and a random temporary password will be assigned to you. You can login using your username or email address and the temporary password. From there, you can change your password in your new account. As a member you’re automatically eligible to participate in Coffee & Tea to Go Go Site Offerings and Services. Please be accurate, so that we may correspond with you correctly. Coffee & Tea to Go Go, needs your name and email address and we create a username, so that you can be individually identified.
Why didn’t I receive my Welcome email?
To insure that you get emails from Coffee & Tea to Go Go now and in the future, please set your spam guard to “off” and make us a part of your Safe List that you’ll find in your email settings with your Internet provider.
How do I change or update my profile information?
The only thing that can be changed in your profile information is your password. As your Name and Username name may be attached and tied to a Referring Member that referred you to Coffee & Tea to Go Go. To change your password, login (top right hand side of the navigation bar) and then you will be sent to your “Account details” page where you’ll see “Change password.” To update, simply click and submit your new password. Payment info. can be changed in the same Account details page, by clicking on “Payment methods” and updating. Payment info. can also be updated, along with your Phone No. and Billing address as well by checking off the “Save” button on the Checkout page as well.
What if I forgot my password/What if I want a new password?
On the Login page there will be a link titled – “Lost your password?” Click it, enter your username or email address and then click Reset password.
If you already know your password and want to change it you may simply login (top right hand side of the navigation bar) and then you will be sent to your “Account details” page where you’ll see “Change password.” To update, simply click and submit your new password.
Why did I get a notice about my email address being invalid?
Sometimes, the mail we send to our members bounce. We process these bounces and update our database. When you log in again, we will give you the opportunity to make any corrections to your email address. If your address is correct, please re-enter it and it will be marked as valid.
How do I opt-in (subscribe) or opt-out (unsubscribe) of Coffee & Tea to Go Go emails?
While certain emails will always be critical to you as a member there may be from time to time notification emails, charity announcement and promotional retail/merchant emails. If you wish to stop receiving any of these types of emails and/or any other emails from Coffee & Tea to Go Go, simply login by clicking on “Account” in the navigation bar, then you’ll see your current settings by clicking “Email Notifications.” You may also opt-out using the “Unsubscribe” link provided in any emails that were sent to you which will redirect you to the Account and these Email Notification preferences.

Coming Soon: Yes, there will be a Blogging Section where members can contribute their thoughts, suggestions and recommendations; which will always be helpful and encouraged. While members may blog and make suggestions and recommendations towards their favorite products and charities, the site in and of itself will remain unbiased in these forums towards anything discussed.
Is there a section where I can raise awareness to my own charities?
Coming Soon: Yes, the Member Initiatives Section will be an area of the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Site that is being created where a member/donor can alert the community and raise awareness and monies for their own particular charity through the site and their own events. e.g. marathons, wine tastings, coffee and tea tastings, etc.

What are the security measures taken in protecting my friends’ information?
As a member, if you use our invitation email template service to inform a friend about our site, you will be asked for your friend’s name. Coffee & Tea to Go Go will automatically generate a template that an existing member can copy and send to a friend’s email address. Coffee & Tea to Go Go stores their name temporarily for the sole purpose of generating this template.

When will my charity(s) receive my contributions?
All contributions will be made and allocated on the very same day that each member makes their purchase; Coffee & Tea to Go Go processes all of its members contributions, then consolidates all donations to each charity on the last day of each month, itemizes a statement with specific information for each individual contribution and then tallies all funds to be sent out to each charity by the 10th of the following month from the prior months donations.
Did this charitable donation cost me anything and what amount goes to my charity of choice?
This doesn’t cost members anything extra! Coffee & Tea to Go Go takes 10% of each purchase amount and donates 100% of this amount directly to a members favorite charity of choice.
What is Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars and can I make a contribution with them?

Why must I pick a charity to contribute to while purchasing?
A complimentary purpose of Coffee & Tea to Go Go is to empower, encourage and inspire people to contribute to a charity and make a difference! Coffee & Tea to Go Go has created an easy means for our members to do so by enabling members to intertwine our services and site offerings and to contribute to their charity(s) of choice. Therefore, the first charity of choice is by default, as at least one charity has to be picked while making a purchase. You can of course choose to pick another and coming soon, you’ll be able to select a favorite charity(s) and that will become your default charity and can always be automatically contributed to with additional purchases. What is an Original Referring Member and Chain of Invited Members?
An Original Referring Member (You) is any new member that makes a purchase and joins Coffee & Tea to Go Go and is now eligible for the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program. An Original Referring Member can invite and refer members indefinitely and collectively all of your invited members form a chain underneath you and is known as your “Chain of Invited Members.” For further clarity, please go to the Chain of Invited Members Diagram.
How do I get other Friends involved in the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program?
Referrals will be easy to obtain by marketing and sending out invitation emails to family, friends and other acquaintances through email templates provided by the site and/or by that member supplying a prospective member with your Affiliate Codes: Your Referral URL and/or Your Affiliate QR Code within the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program. You can also uses these as a member post on your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Formerly Twitter) and other social media sites. Through any of these methods, all prospective members will be tracked when entering the site and members will receive credit/commissions for 5% of all their referrals purchases!
How do I insure that I get Credit for Invited members and How will I keep track of them?
As a prospective member enters the site through any of the marketing methods (outlined in the former question) you will have these unique Codes that is only yours and will be tracked when a prospective member enters the site via these codes and will allow members to receive credit/commissions for their referrals once a prospective member makes a purchase on Coffee & Tea to Go Go. When will I receive payments and distribution of my monies earned?
Once your earnings/Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars reaches a minimum of $25.00, you can choose to redeem these earnings/Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars by Direct Deposit to your bank account (ACH) to your bank account. ACH Withdrawals can be set up in the Earnings Section of the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Area. Coffee and Tea to Go Go, LLC, will make all payments in your countries currency to the ACH that you have set up within a maximum of 5 (five) working days after each redemption is made in your account. These payments will be paid through a member’s bank account and there are bank charges and transaction fees that are incurred with the sending of money and as such, each member as a recipient will account for this with a nominal $1.25 fixed fee.
Where can I verify that these earnings were made?
A member will be able to see in their Account Section updates of their Referrals and their Chain of Invited Members and associated orders and transactions in their Invite-A-Friend Area.
What is an eCertificate and why should I get one?
There will also be a way to gift a good friend and obtain referrals (providing that member is not already a member of Coffee & Tea to Go Go) through purchasing an eCertificate in $5, $10, $15 and $20 denomination amounts. Once purchased, just give a friend the eCertificate Code and you may also then choose to use the email templates provided by the site by clicking on the Invite-A-Friend Area in your Account menu. Once in the email templates a member can simply use the eCertificate radio button and the eCertificate Code will appear in the email to copy and send out to a member’s friends. This eCertificate will be tracked and coded through this eCertificate Code and when that friend enters the site, it will be an easy way to obtain referrals through the additional monetary incentive that the referred member will receive from the eCertificate to make purchases on coffeeandteatogogo.com. Only one eCertificate may be used at a time and once used another eCertificate may be purchased again.

It’s only natural that as a community your own Chain of Invited members may gain access to your contact information being that you have established a direct relationship with these Invited members. Therefore, it’s actually recommended that you as a member of the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program know as much as possible when it comes to contact information for your Chain of Invited members. The Site is only responsible for supplying your contact information (name and username) and the corresponding dollar amount that will be credited with each purchase from your referring members. While these dollar amounts will be disclosed as a cross reference with each purchase that your referring members made, the actual charities that are donated to will remain confidential to each member.
Will I have access to see all of my earnings through my Chain of Invited Members in the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program?

What Taxes do I pay on my earnings?
Your relationship with Coffee & Tea to Go Go, LLC. is one of an independent contractor. Therefore, all taxes will be the sole responsibility of each member. No employee-employer relationship is created by your use of our Site Offerings and Services and you are fully responsible for filing local, state, federal or any other taxes if applicable on any compensation received as a result of your participation in the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Invite-A-Friend Program.
Are my taxes reported to the Government?
When your annual earnings exceed $500.00 (five-hundred-dollars US Dollars) from that point further you must request and obtain a W9 Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN) complete with your full name, home and email address, username and SSN, sign and send it with the information contained in the instructions on the form via email to customersupport@coffeeandteatogogo.com. Once a members W9 TIN Form is received and on file, a confirmation email will be sent to each member and all future monthly earnings will be paid by direct deposit to your bank account (ACH).

What can I see in the Earnings section of the Invite-A-Friend Area?
In this section, a member can see their ACH Withdrawal Information form. Each member must fill out all the information asked on each line inclusive of: Their member Username and Email Address, Recipient Name who the Earnings/Coffee & Tea to Go Go Dollars is going to, the persons Bank Name where it is being delivered to, the Type of Account; Checking or Savings (click on the radio button that matches), that Account’s Routing Number (Should be 9 digits, you can click on the ? mark to see the image of a check where it will be located), Account’s Checking Number (Should be 8-12 digits, you can click on the ? mark to see the image of a check where it will be located) and the $Amount to Withdraw.
* Remember, a member must have at least $25.00 in Earnings in the Invite-A-Friend Program to withdraw. Click to see how much you earned? When logged in, this link will take a member to their Statistics section and allow them to see if they have accumulated at least $25.00 in Unpaid Earnings. If so, then they certainly should submit the form. In the event, a member submits a lesser amount then $25.00, they’ll see a message that they cannot.
There will be a deduction of $1.25 from the amount that a member withdraws as an Administrative Fee. To submit the form, a member can simply click the Submit button and please allow 5-7 business days for funds to be received in their account.
What can I see in the Visits section of the Invite-A-Friend Area?
In this section, a member can see their Referral URL visits; which includes the URL and the Referring URL link that has been clicked on, if it Converted into a new member (their Referral now) or not and the Date that it was clicked on.
What can I see in the Email Templates section of the Invite-A-Friend Area?

A member can simply add their friends name and email address with their own Referral URL and they will get credit and earn 5% of all of their referred members purchases. Plus you will feel great knowing that you’ll be helping charities in need!
– Simply follow the directions and by copying the email generated a member can then Paste their Custom Email into their own email service provider account, use the Subject Line: Check out this amazing website! (and/or any other subject line that will emotionally get their Friends to take action and read their email) and send it to all of their friends’ email addresses to introduce them to Coffee & Tea to Go Go!
A member can send 2 different types of emails through the Email Template Section:
1) Send to Friends inviting them to the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Community: This email will contain a members Referral URL link to send to their Friends. If their Friend then clicks on this link, they will go to coffeeandteatogogo.com. If a member’s friend makes a purchase of a product, they will become their Referring Member and they will be credited and earn 5% of the $Amount of their very first purchase and each and every purchase that they make going forward.
2) Send to Friends inviting them to the Coffee & Tea to Go Go Community and reward them with a monetary eCertificate to make their first purchase:
This email will contain a members Referral URL link to send to their Friends. Plus, an eCertificate Code that their friend can use to Redeem and get a discount in a monetary denomination of $5, $10, $15 or $20 towards their first purchase. If a member’s Friend then clicks on this link in the email, they will go to coffeeandteatogogo.com. A friend can then make a purchase of a product and use this eCertificate code at checkout (At the top of the checkout page: Have an eCertificate? Click here to enter your eCertificate), and now they will become their Referring Member and they will be credited and earn 5% of the $Amount of their very first purchase and each and every purchase that they make going forward.
* Note: A member can also just tell a Friend to go to coffeeandteatotogogo.com and use their eCertificate code at checkout.
eCertificates are used for marketing purposes to incentivize your friends to become new members of coffeeandteatogogo.com. eCertificates can only be used by new prospective members (not existing members) and if used, will become your referral in your Chain of Invited Members and you will become their Referring Member. You can give your eCertificate code to as many friends as you wish to use, but realize it is on a first used basis only; only one eCertificate may be used at a time and once used another eCertificate may be purchased by you as a member again. What can I see in the eCertificates section of the Invite-A-Friend Area?
This is where a member can see both their eCertificates Available and their eCertificates Used. If you do not have an eCertificates you can purchase an eCertificate
eCertificate Available:
A member can see the eCertificate Code and the SAmount that they purchased it for. As a member you’ll read: Use your eCertificate for marketing purposes to invite friends to the Coffee & Tea to Go Go community and reward them with a monetary eCertificate for their first purchase. Once a friend uses your eCertificate code to make a purchase, the eCertificate code will not be able to be used again.

eCertificate Used:
You’ll see the eCertificate Code, the Date that it was Used, the Member Name and Username that used it and the $Amount of the eCertificate that you purchased that was used.
